Savory bite-sized sausage cheese balls perfect for parties and gatherings. Makes about 5 dozen, depending on size of balls.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp + ¾ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp celery salt
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- 8 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 lb. hot breakfast sausage
- 1 lb. medium cheddar, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Combine flour, baking powder, celery salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne in mixing bowl
- Cut butter into flour
- Stir milk into flour
- Combine flour mix, sausage, and cheese thoroughly
- Form into 1" balls
- Bake at 350°F for 20-24 minutes
